Patient characteristics, treatment patterns, and resource usage among prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis in China
Trial purpose
The primary objectives of this study were to estimate the prevalence of both all prostate cancer and of prostate cancer with bone metastasis among urban employees in Beijing and Jinan from 2011 to 2014, and to described characteristics of those with bone metastasis. The secondary objective was to describe the common treatment pattern, resource use and treatment costs of prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis in Beijing and Jinan from 2011 to 2014.
